Our Pool Building Process

Customer Success and Pool Design
The first part of the pool building process is meeting our customers and ensuring we are building the pool of your dreams. We will meet with you onsite to go over the design with you. The benefit of a custom pool is each pool is created to fit your family, yard and needs.

Begin Engineering and Get Permits
To begin your new pool, we formulate a custom plan for you! Our experts will complete all the necessary engineering and attain the permits so that we can complete the pool without any issues.

Lay Out and Start the Pool Dig
As soon as the project has been approved by you and the local government, we’ll start the layout and the pool dig.

Install Form and Plumbing
The next step is to install all the necessary plumbing, and put in the pool form.

Install Pool Rebar
The rebar is reinforcing steel that will help your pool last longer and stay pristine for years to come.

Complete Pre-Gunite Inspection
Our pools are all made with the correct materials. We inspect everything to get ready for gunite. Gunite is a specific type of concrete that has been formulated specifically for pool builds.

Install Gunite Pool
After completing final inspections of the foundation of your pool we will move on to installing the gunite, this is the main shell and structure of your pool.

Install an Automatic Cover
An automatic pool cover will make your pool easy to protect during the cold months, so we’ll make sure your cover is ready to go.

Install the Coping
Next, we’ll install coping along the edge of the pool, which will protect the pool structure from water.

Add the Waterline Tile and Step Tile
Tile along the waterline and steps will make your pool more aesthetically appealing and easier to keep clean.

Set Up Pool Equipment, Electrical, Gas, and Venting
Next we’ll install the rest of the equipment your pool needs to function. With our expertise, you can depend on your equipment for years.

Clean Up the Plaster
After everything is set up, we’ll take some time to clean up any excess plaster and other debris from around the pool.

Start Up the Pool Equipment
Finally, we’ll start up your pool equipment so that your pool is ready for you to enjoy!
